Scope of Services. Through this Site, Axis Care markets and arranges Personal Care, Companion Care, Dementia Care, Hospice Care, Disability Care. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Axis Care and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Axis Care makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Axis Care arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Axis Care from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. NY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Axis Care may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
